Our bath bags are designed like tea bags for your body. Simply place the bag into the bath and allow it to steep, releasing the minerals, botanicals and essential oils into the water - without loose petals to clean up afterwards!
 
Made using high quality mineral salts, this blend contains Magnesium Flakes and Epsom Salt to help relax tired muscles, ease aches and support nervous system regulation. Magnesium is well known for assisting muscle recovery and promoting a sense of calm, making this soak ideal at the end of a long day.
 
Organic Lavender buds and Chamomile flowers gently infuse the water with their naturally soothing properties, while Lavender essential oil supports relaxation and emotional balance. Roman Chamomile essential oil enhances the calming effect, helping to quiet mental chatter and prepare the body for deep rest and sleep.
 
Each bath bag is hand blended individually, not mass produced. How to Use:

Place the bath bag into the hot running water and allow it to steep, just as you would a tea bag. As the bath continues to fill, you can adjust the temperature to your preference by adding cooler water.
 
Squeeze the bag occasionally to help release more of the botanicals and infusion into the water.
