Faulty or Damaged Products:

If your item arrives damaged or is faulty, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order.
In accordance with Australian Consumer Law, we will offer you a repair, replacement, or refund for faulty or damaged products.

Returns & Exchanges:

We do not offer refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, so please choose carefully.
We can only accept returns or exchanges for faulty or damaged products, or if the product is not as described.

How to Report a Faulty or Damaged Product:

Contact us at kobi@koracle.com.au within 3 days of receiving your product.
Provide your order number, photos of the faulty or damaged product and a description of the issue.
We will assess your request and guide you through the return or replacement process.

 

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, products such as crystals, oils, sprays, personal care items and opened products cannot be returned unless they are faulty or damaged.

Consumer Rights:

This policy is in accordance with your rights under Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees that you are entitled to a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) for faulty or misrepresented products.
