1.1 Koracle Wellness provides holistic products and services, including but not limited to Reiki, ThetaHealing, Access Bars, Shamanic, Smudge wands, Affirmation cards, Room Sprays and other wellness products.
1.2 By purchasing from or engaging with Koracle Wellness, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent.
1.3 We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue any aspect of our services or website at any time without prior notice.
2. Products & Services
2.1 Our wellness products and services are intended for personal use only and are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.
2.2 Due to the handmade and natural nature of our products, variations may occur. We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images.
2.3 Healing sessions and programs are provided as guidance and support. We do not guarantee specific results.
3. Payment & Pricing
3.1 All prices are listed in AUD and are subject to change without notice.
3.2 We accept various payment methods, including Credit Card and PayPal for eligible purchases.
3.3 Orders must be paid in full before they are processed and shipped.
4. Shipping & Returns
4.1 Orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped via regular post.
4.2 We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.
4.3 Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if a product arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for assistance.
5. Cancellations & Refunds
5.1 Healing sessions and services must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to receive a refund or reschedule.
5.2 No refunds are provided for completed services or digital content.
5.3 Refunds for eligible physical products will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and product designs, is the property of Koracle Wellness and may not be copied, distributed or used without permission.
6.2 Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 Koracle Wellness is not responsible for any direct, indirect or incidental damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
7.2 Customers use our products and services at their own discretion and risk.
