There’s no one-size-fits-all answer, it really depends on what came through in your session and how your body and energy are integrating the work. Some clients feel complete after one session and return when they feel called again. Others choose to come fortnightly, monthly or at key points in their personal growth journey. We always recommend giving yourself at least a week or two to integrate before booking again, unless we’ve discussed otherwise. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out, we are happy to guide you based on what came up in your session and what your energy is calling for next.

Home and business clearings are a powerful blend of energetic practices designed to shift stagnant, heavy or disruptive energy and bring your space back into harmony. Depending on your space and the energy present, a clearing may include: • Smudging (using sacred smoke for purification, if appropriate) • Shamanic drumming and sound clearing • ThetaHealing® techniques to remove energetic imprints and bring fresh positive energy into the space • Intuitive connection with the land paying respects to the guardians of the earth and clearing any negative and old energy from the land. Each clearing is intuitively guided. You’ll also receive a summary of what came through and practical guidance to keep the space clear and energetically protected moving forward. Clearings are available in-person or remotely. If you are outside of the Gold Coast - Byron area an additional travel cost will apply for in person clearings.

Distance sessions are held via video call, Kobi will send you a link prior to your session to join the call (keep an eye out for the Google calendar invite). Kobi tunes into your energy field remotely and completes the session. Each type of session works a little different: Alchemy of the Soul: Kobi will have a video call with you where you will chat about how your have been feeling and what has been presenting in your life. After the call she will complete the healing session working in your energy remotely as you go about your day. You will have a follow-up call the next day to discuss everything that came up in your session and complete any ThetaHealing that arises (as verbal permission is needed for this). Soulful Touch: Kobi will complete this session working in your energy while you go about your day. She will then have a video call with you after the session to discuss what came up during your healing. Soulful Therapy: This session takes place video call.

Yes, sessions are available both in-person in Banora Point and remotely via video call. We work with clients across the world and can work with all timezones.

Definitely! Distance healings are just as powerful and effective as in-person sessions. Energy is not limited by physical space or time, which means healing can be received fully no matter where you are in the world. During a distance session, Kobi tunes into your energy field and works intuitively with your guides and higher self, just as she would if you were in the room. Clients often report feeling deeply held, shifted and supported - with the same level of impact and insight as in-person work. Because you’re not physically present on the table, there’s often less resistance from the conscious mind, which can allow the energy to move more freely. Kobi is able to take the time needed and naturally flow undisturbed whilst working in your energy. Whether you’re nearby or across the globe, the healing meets you exactly where you are.

Each session is intuitively guided and uniquely tailored, no two sessions are ever the same. Kobi works directly with Source and connects with your energy, higher self, and guides to receive what’s needed in the moment. Sessions are not restricted - they unfold exactly as your soul requires, whether that’s emotional release, belief clearing, energy recalibration, past life clearing or calming the bodies energetic field.

There’s nothing specific you need to do, just come with an open heart and a willingness to receive. You’re welcome to bring an intention or area you’d like to focus on, but it’s also completely fine to show up unsure. Spirit will guide what’s needed. For distance sessions, choose a quiet space where you won’t be disturbed. If you are having a session with ThetaHealing you will need a place where you can be comfortable and close your eyes (and ability to lay down if you prefer).

Yes, absolutely. Kobi always encourage clients to go with what’s intuitively calling them, your soul often knows what it needs, even before the mind does. But if you’re feeling unsure or stuck, she is more than happy to help you. Every session is intuitively led, so even if you don’t have full clarity, Spirit will always bring through what’s most aligned. Just reach out and share a little about what you’re moving through and we can recommend the session that will best support you right now.

All sessions can be booked online, you can access the link via our website or instagram bio. Simply choose your service, select a time that suits you and you’ll receive a confirmation message. If you cannot book online or are having trouble finding a session time with different timezones please feel free to contact Kobi to help your find a time for your session.

We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal and PayPal Pay in 4. All payments are processed securely at checkout for distance sessions and we have a card facility for in person sessions. We can also issue an invoice for Businesses. Payment in full is required 24 hours before the session. Yes, we accept American Express.

Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Sessions cancelled within 24 hours may forfeit the booking and incur a 50% cancellation fee (as this session could have been filled by another client). We understand that life happens, if something unexpected comes up, please reach out. We always hold space with compassion and understanding. Please arrive on time for your appointment. We honour your time by beginning sessions promptly and ask that you do the same. If you arrive late, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time, as we have other clients and commitments following your booking. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be cancelled. It’s important to us that you receive the full benefit of your session and we won’t compromise the quality of your experience or others by squeezing it into a shortened timeframe.

Yes - PayPal Pay in 4 is available at checkout for eligible customers. This allows you to pay in four interest-free instalments, making it easier to invest in your healing journey. We have no involvement with these payment plans - eligibility and terms are managed directly with PayPal.

Possibly - whilst we have not had customers experience it to date, there is always the chance they could be charged. International customers are responsible for checking if products are allowed to be imported into their country and for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes or import fees. These charges are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Koracle Wellness is not responsible for any delays, fees or issues caused by customs or import regulations in your country. We recommend checking with your local customs office before ordering if you’re unsure about any restrictions.

We don’t offer local pick-up at this time, as we don’t have a physical retail store. However, clients attending in-person healing sessions are welcome to purchase products during their appointment, if they wish to take something home on the day.
