Step 1: Apply to Scalp

Use the dropper to apply small drops of oil directly to different areas of your scalp.

Massage gently with your fingertips in circular motions to stimulate circulation and encourage absorption.

Additionally you can brush through the hair to help distribute the oil.

Step 2: Leave to Absorb

Leave the oil on for at least one hour to allow the nutrients to penetrate the scalp.

For deeper hydration and maximum benefits, leave overnight.

Step 3: Wash Out Thoroughly

Shampoo as usual, ensuring you cleanse the scalp well. You may need two washes to remove all excess oil, depending on your hair type.

Follow with conditioner.

Consistency is Key

The more regularly you use this oil, the better the results. Hair oils work over time, and rosemary oil in particular may take several months of consistent use to show noticeable improvements.

For optimum results, apply at least 3 times a week.

For maintenance, use a minimum of once a week to keep hair and scalp healthy.
