In Person Sessions
Held in my space at Banora Point, we beging by chatting through whats been coming up for you. You’ll then relax on the massage table as I work deeply within your energy, using a blend of energetic techniques. The session concludes with sound healing, helping to anchor the shifts and restore balance.
Online Sessions
Conducted over two consecutive days. We begin with a video call to discuss what’s coming up for you. I then complete the healing remotely, connecting with your energy and guides while you go about your day. You’ll receive a message when it’s complete and we follow up the next day with another video call to go through everything that came through in the session. If any ThetaHealing downloads come up for you these will be done in the follow up call.
